Lead Project Coordinator/Manager Responsibilities:

·        Lead a team of 6 Technicians and Scheduler
·        Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
·        Liaising with clients to identify PC deployment schedules and overall project
·        Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
Project Coordinator/Manager responsibilities include leading a project team of PC deployment techs, working closely with our customer Project Manager to prepare deployment schedules, including resources, timeframes and resolving schedule conflicts. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and daily status communications to our customers. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, planning and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. 
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator/Manager’s duties are to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
·        Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
·        Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
·        Continuous optimization of schedules, processes and resource allocations
·        Liaise with clients to schedule deployments and provide daily status reports
·        Assign tasks to internal teams and lead schedule management
·        Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
·        Analyze risks and opportunities
·        Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
·        Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
·        Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
·        Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
·        Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
·        Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager for a larger multi-site PC deployment.
·        Management experience of small highly functional work teams.
·        Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
·        Experience in End-User Computing OS migrations to Windows 10
·        An ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action plans
·        Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
·        Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
·        Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
·        Hands-on experience with project management tools (smartsheets)
·        College Degree or related experience is a strong plus
·        PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
