As a Collaboration Engineer, you will be responsible for deployment of Cisco Unified Collaboration solutions as a senior level engineer while being available to assist the regional presales team in design, presentation and customization of solutions that meet our customers’ business needs.
From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Deployment and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications solutions including Cisco UCS, Unified Communications Manager/CME, Unity Connection/Express, UCCX, IM& Presence, Cisco Jabber,  Emergency Responder, Expressway C and E, Cisco VCS, MCU, MRA, Telepresence, WebEx and various IP and Video endpoints.
  • Ability to troubleshoot multi-vendor environments
  • Maintain knowledge of vendor offerings and technology roadmaps
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Ability to assess Customer environment and make recommendations with a customer first approach
  • Support presales resources for presentations, Design support, BOM creation, SOW assistance along with planning and designing of Cisco Unified Collaboration solutions
  • Serve the Customer to our standards
  • Working towards obtaining advanced vendor certifications

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT
  • Industry-recognized Certifications i.e. CCNP-Collab, CCIE Collab OR Applicable Experience
